Torren Relay is a Chrome extension for freight dispatchers working the Amazon Relay load board. This policy explains what the extension collects, why, and where it is stored.
Email address. Collected when you create an account and sign in. This is the only personal information the extension collects.
Authentication tokens. Issued by our authentication provider when you sign in, and stored locally in your browser so you stay signed in between sessions.
Your extension settings. Refresh interval, selected origin cities, alert preferences and similar options. Stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API.
With our authentication provider. Your email address and account record are stored with Supabase, which we use solely for sign-in. The only information the extension exchanges with Supabase is what is needed to sign you in and keep you signed in: your email address, the one-time code you enter, and your session tokens. No load data, no settings and no usage information is sent there.
In your own browser. Your settings, your session tokens, and — while you are completing sign-in — the email address you entered are stored locally using Chrome's storage API. Load information the extension reads while you work is held only for the life of the browser tab.
Your email is used only to create your account, sign you in, and contact you about the extension if necessary.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties. We do not share it for advertising purposes.
One feature opens a third-party site at your request. The inline load panel has a button that opens the load's route in Google Maps. If you press it, the stop names and addresses for that load are included in the Google Maps web address that opens in a new tab, and are therefore received by Google under their own privacy policy. This happens only when you press that button, and nothing is sent to Google otherwise.
Your account record is kept while your account is active. To have your account and email address deleted, contact us at the address below and we will remove them. Settings and session tokens held in your browser are removed when you uninstall the extension or clear its data, and signing out removes your session tokens immediately.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
